At Holistic Health Physical Therapy and Wellness, expert physical therapists treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions with hands-on manual therapy techniques. We treat problems and not symptoms by assessing the whole body.
At the heart of our practice is a simple belief: healing happens when we listen to the body, treat the whole person, and create space (and time) for compassionate, individualized care. Founded by Dr. Bri Wyatt, a pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist, our clinic was created to offer something different—an experience where patients feel seen, supported, and truly understood.
We specialize in pelvic health, postpartum recovery, orthopedic rehab, and functional medicine—all delivered through a one-on-one, hands-on approach. Whether you’re navigating pelvic pain, recovering from childbirth or surgery, or struggling with chronic symptoms that haven’t found answers elsewhere, we’re here to help uncover the root cause—not just treat symptoms.
Located in Bonita Springs, Florida, we proudly serve individuals throughout Southwest Florida who are ready to take a proactive, empowered approach to their health. Our care is evidence-based, integrative, and rooted in connection—because you deserve more than a quick fix. You deserve care that honors your story.
Who We Serve
As a former Division I athlete and current marathon trainee, Dr. Bri Wyatt understands the mindset and demands of athletic performance. She is passionate about helping athletes of all levels recover from injury, prevent setbacks, and optimize movement so they can stay strong and competitive—without sacrificing their long-term health.
Dr. Wyatt also specializes in working with mothers, offering compassionate, evidence-based care through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. Whether it’s restoring core and pelvic floor function, addressing pain, or simply helping moms feel strong and confident in their bodies again, she meets each woman where she is in her motherhood journey.
For active older adults, Dr. Wyatt provides personalized strategies to support mobility, balance, and strength—so you can stay active, independent, and doing what you love for years to come. Her integrative approach supports healthy aging, reduces fall risk, and promotes resilience at every stage of life.
In addition, Dr. Wyatt treats individuals experiencing pelvic pain, urinary or bowel dysfunction, and pelvic organ prolapse with specialized pelvic floor therapy. She has completed extensive training through Women’s Health Training Associates of Australia to become the only pelvic floor therapist in the area trained in pessary fitting to optimally support prolapse patients.
She also works with patients recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain conditions, and seeking holistic support for hormonal imbalances through functional medicine.
Whether you’re an athlete aiming to improve performance, a new mom rebuilding strength, an older adult wanting to maintain vitality, or someone looking for personalized, root-cause care, Dr. Wyatt is here to guide you on your healing journey.
Patient-Centered Care That Puts You First
We understand that navigating healthcare can sometimes feel frustrating—especially when insurance policies often dictate the type and amount of care you receive. At our practice, we believe you should have the final say in your healing journey.
While insurance coverage can limit the number of visits or types of treatments covered, Dr. Bri Wyatt is committed to empowering you with options that go beyond those restrictions. Together, we develop a personalized plan that fits your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
If you need additional care beyond what insurance covers, we offer flexible solutions and transparent communication to ensure you’re fully informed and comfortable with your choices. Our goal is to provide effective, compassionate, and comprehensive care that respects your time, budget, and health priorities.
In this way, we honor your voice as the expert of your own body—making sure your healing is guided by what you need, not just by insurance limitations.

Hello, Bri!
I was very impressed with your presentation this morning! I have been in private practice in St. Petersburg ( Farese Physical Therapy Center, Inc.) for over 30 years as a PT/CHT but have not branched into the pelvic floor health arena. I was astounded by the multiple conditions you treat (erectile dysfunction?!). I would love to view your PowerPoint especially as I missed the beginning due to factors beyond my control. :I
